We developed an API allowing all websites to connect to our tools. You can find more information in the “parameters” of your account.
What widgets are managed by the Up2Social solutions ?
We try to integrate all the widgets of main social networks: Facebook, Twitter, Google Plus, LinkedIn …
These widgets allow the registration of a user on your website via Facebook (Facebook Connect, Facebook Register) and Twitter (Twitter oAuth) and sharing buttons (Like, Sent, reTweet, LinkedIn Share, …) .
We take notice of the permanence of developments of websites and new widgets available on main social media but also on websites we believe are innovative, bringing the real value to our customers.
How do Up 2 Social tools allow to increase the engagement of users ?
Up 2 Social tools allow you to perform new actions, over what the classic widgets offers ! Once a user performs an action related to social media (share, like, follow), we generate a second action on the page the user visits.
This action is customizable. You choose what you want to put ahead: your newsletter, register via a widget or a completely customized action. So you encourage the user to perform an action by being pro-active when he is most receptive !
We also allow you to customize the message displayed on the wall of the Facebook user after he clicked the like button.
This message is important because it is the heart of the virality of your device. If the message is clear and interesting, friends of your visitors will click on it more easily. This strategy is fully customizable, you can increase engagement, and enter a virtuous cycle: engagements, shares, visits, sales …
What actions are generated by Up2Social tools ?
A certain number of actions are technically configured to work with your CMS: subscription to the newsletter, suggestion of products …
Other actions are directly related to your presence on social media: Facebook Fun Box, Facebook Connect or Register for your users to create a customer account on your website with one click via their Facebook accounts …
Finally, independent actions such as displaying banners or specific offers. These actions are all related to the heart of your CMS.
If you don’t use a CMS spread, you will still be able to offer fully customized actions, configurable without any technical knowledge via Up 2 Social customer interface.
How to configure all these actions ?
You don’t need any technical skills. All these actions can be configured directly through your online private area.
How do you calculate the ROI (return on investment) of my website ?
We analyze both the inbound links on your website and the various actions performed by users on your website: registration, shopping cart, sales …
How do you detect the most active users?
We analyze all activities on your Facebook page and Twitter account: comments, Like, shares, mentions, reTweets, …
This analysis allows us to know who performs these actions and to detect the most frequent and active users who are, a priori, your best ambassadors.
